An interesting post was put up in an audio forum. An artist was disheartened by some mastering work at the famous Sterling Sound. What a few of us ME's determined was that the master was actually not bad at all and the root of the problems was within the mix. At any rate, the track was posted and some of us made our own rendtitions of it. In my rendition I wanted a little more breath to the guitars and more control on the overall low mid range giving way to more clarity.
